The CDF has a network of agencies located throughout the diocese where you can transact on your CDF account. Agencies are fully equipped to open accounts, accept deposits and pay withdrawals. Depending on the agent and how much cash you require it is possible that instead of receiving cash you will be given a cash cheque that you must take to the local branch of the Commonwealth Bank to have cashed. It is therefore advisable to transact on your account through the agency network during business hours. All transactions at agencies are verified via a phone call to the CDF head office and the checking of identification. Our agents do not have access to any personal information about our members or their accounts.
