The Catholic Development Fund's Advisory Board operates to provide advice to the Fund Manager in relation to the general administration and management of the Fund.

The board aims to ensure ethical management of members' funds and a continued contribution to the pastoral works of the diocese.
The board is sent advisory reports and meets every month. Special meetings are occasionally called if necessary.
