The Catholic Development Fund (CDF) is overseen by an advisory Board. This Board provides advice and guidance in the management of the Fund. Membership is drawn from suitably qualified individuals with financial expertise within the diocesan community.
The role of the Fund’s Advisory Board is to bring expertise from a variety of financial disciplines (Banking, Legal, Accounting and Financial Planning) to the table at its meetings. This Governance provides the Bishop with the assurance that the Funds entrusted to it by its depositors is being managed prudently and within a robust Risk Management Framework.
"The loyalty of our investors, our clergy, our agents and our hardworking and committed CDF staff allows the Fund to assist our Parishes, Schools and the Diocese in the various Ministries of the church. I would also like to express thanks to my fellow Advisory Board Members for giving their valuable time and expertise without monetary reward."
